Fitness is not all about the gym or your appearance
Sure your appearance may reflect your habits bit it does not reflect your true personality or your soul. I workout consistantly because i value determination, integrity, and inner strength. It helps me clear my mind and stressful life events. I feel as though I accomplish something daily and honestly it has kept me out of trouble from high achool to college. I am more confident and able to stand my ground. I am also very independent from my fitness dedication. I can spend time to get to know myself and my limits along with my weaknesses.
Strength is not measured by your muscle defination. Your heart is a muscle too
You can also be fit outside of the gym. From outdoor activities to calenstenics.
Life is fit. Fit fitness in.

Goals
Set goals for life
Not only should have goals set for your fitness and health, but also for you career or helping the community. It os all about being well balanced. Whether you are studying, already have a career, oor searching for one, one should always set goals. These goals can be long term, but you should break it up a set goals for each day in order to reach your desired destination. This helps you stay on track and seems easy to reach them. It gives a reason each day to wake up with excitemt, fueling your inner energy and contentment.
As a college study, i have many aspirations with goals for the long term. But each day do I just forget those dreams and stay on plan of study thinking "oh I will get there" without working each day? Nope. I am studying to become a nutritionist. I habe my plan of study and stick to working hard each semester. But in the mean time, i am finding volunteer and internship oppurtunities this summer to help my community and further my knowledge in my field. I work on this search and planning each day. I also want to go to graduate school after I graduate with my BS for physical therapy. In order to get in to this I will need extra courses and 50 hours of shadowing PT's. Guess what... I am starting that this week.
Life is chaotic and we all have aspirations. These aspirations turn into goals and these goals are only accomplished by action, which then becomes one's career or their inner fullfillment.
Daily goals taken step by step gets you far.
Stay strong, organized, and never ever give in.
