MMA/KICKBOXING WORKOUT

WARMUP: 2 min jump rope or shadow jump rope
strength: 10 pushups
25 squats
25 situps

25 jumping jacks
1 min jump rope

shadow box! jab(left hand) and cros (right hand) 10 times!
                     hooks(left and right) 10 times [on each side]
                     uppercuts 10 times

pump kicks(to the side) 25 each leg!

sumo squate hold as low as you can 30 secs!

20 jumping jacks
10 situps with criss -cross punch in the air when sit up
5 knuckle push ups

BAM.
