The DL on Eating (Au Naturale style)
"It's all about eating"
..
Eating HEALTHY that is. Eating healthy doesn't just mean eating fruits and veggies... it means getting the most nutrients out of ALL NATURAL foods...in moderation. Moderation is the key word here. You want 3-4 SERVINGS of fruits and 4-5 of veggies.
Check the servings on the box!
Use small plates but make sure you mentally split it up with protein and fruits/veggies.
